Incline Bench Press - Chest Workouts

This chest exercise is also known as: Incline Bench Press and Incline Chest Bench Press.

Incline Bench Press Instructions :

 

  • Lie on the incline bench with feet firmly on the ground.
  • Lift the barbell from the rack and hold it with your arms.
  • Exhale when you lift the bar upwards extend your arms to the starting position.
  • Pause for a brief moment and than lower the weights to your chest.

 

Targeted area for this exercise are chest muscles, pectoralis minor and upper head of pectoralis major as well as triceps and deltoids from inclined angle.
