Pull ups Instructions :

  • Grab the bar with your palms facing outward.
  • Lift yourself up until your chin is above the bar, and try to hold yourself for a brief moment.
  • Pause for a second and then lower yourself down slowly.
  • Repeat as much as you can.

  • One of the basic exercises for developing back muscles and get strength.
  • Good to widen the upper back and to create a full sweep in the lats
  • If you want to increase your workout put weight on your lower torso or put weights on your ankles.
  • Always be careful when you use additional weights especially if you use heavy weights.
  • Do as many reps as possible at a time, (example 4 to 6 reps) until you reach a total of 50 reps, make more sets.
  • The stronger you get, you will need fewer sets to get to 50 reps.
  • If you can at the top of the movement try to hold for a brief moment.
  • Lower yourself slowly back to the starting position.
  • Don’t use your legs to help yourself while performing this exercise.
