Butterfly Machine Instructions:

  1. Sit on the machine with your back flat same as on the pictures.
  2. Adjust previously your chest height with pads.
  3. Place your forearms to pads parallel to the floor.
  4. Push the pads using your forearms without moving it slowly squeezing your chest.
  5. Return your arms to start stretch out position in slow controlled movement.

Bodybuilding Butterfly Machine Tips:

The Machine Flys are not a good choice if your intention is building mass, but are very useful in creating definition.
