375 gr. tomatoes,
2 hard boiled eggs.
12 gr. proteins
10g. fat
6 gr. carbohydrates
168 calories or 703 joules.

10 minutes. 10-30 minutes.

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and that’s it the meat salad is ready to be served, add more lemon juice according to your taste. The piece of meat can be according your taste, roasted, fried or grilled, or perhaps tuna.
