Pea Salad with Tomatoes and Mushrooms.

For 4 people – 4 servings. An equal portion contains
450 gr. peas,
a little salt,
1 tablespoon vinegar,
white pepper,
2 tablespoons of oil (20ml),
2 tomatoes,
1 smaller head of onions,
120 gr. mushrooms( champignons ),
and little parsley.

Preparation:

The Peas are boiled to be soft. Prepare a mix from the vinegar together with the salt and pepper. Peel the tomatoes and cut into cubes. Cut the onion into equal parts, dry the mushrooms and mixed together. Leave a bit to soak the entire juice. Sprinkle a little chopped parsley before serving(eating) the salad.

Also if you like Onion, feel free to add one or two pieces of young onion.
