Fried veal with rice.

Fried veal with rice is a wonderful, elegant and delicious main dishes meal. Simple for every day!

For 4 people – 4 servings. An equal portion contains:
1 red sweet pepper,
1 head of onions,
10 gr. butter,
125 gr. rice,
1/4 l. water,
50 gr. grated cheese (an adder),
4 pieces of veal (each piece per 125 gr.),
2 tablespoons olive oil,
chopped fresh parsley.
320 calories=1340 joules,                                        28 g. proteins,
9 gr. fat,
27 gr. carbohydrates,
113 mg. cholesterol.
Preparation Time: Cooking Time:
15 minutes. 30 minutes.


Cut fine the pieces of onions and pepper and fry with butter. Then add the rice and a little salt, and boil for 20 minutes on low heat.

While the rice is boiled, fry the 4 pieces of meat with olive oil, on each side for about 3 minutes. Then serve the rice in a plate, put and place over it the fried pieces of meat and decorate the meal with pieces of finely chopped parsley.
