Watermelon Pineapple Smoothie – Energy Cocktail – Healthy Meal Replacement

Watermelon Pineapple Smoothie is a very rich energy drink and is shock full of antioxidants and flavor.


2 chunks of pineapple (about 5 to 6 inches long),

2-3 chunks of watermelon(about 5-6 inches long),

a handful of fresh spinach,

3-4 broccoli florettes and,

1 beet.


Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix it well, or you can blend it separately and after that mix it well together , until smooth.

Feel free to use also some ice if you want.


“Voila!” – Good appetite… Drink up!


This recipe is for one serving. For more than one serving, you’ll have to multiply each ingredient by the number of servings you want to make.  If you like it, feel free to use in your diet plan.
