Veal in wine is a wonderful, elegant and delicious main dishes meal. Simple for every day! It is prepared for a moment, and the wine together with the mushrooms adds a special exclusivity.

For 4 people – 4 servings. An equal portion contains
450 gr. veal.

35 gr. flour.
15 to 20 gr. butter cut into four pieces.
280 gr. bigger championships, cut on thin sheets.
175ml dry wine.
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley.

Preparation time: Time required for roasting and frying:
15 minutes. 10 to 15 minutes.

Preparation:

1. Heat the oven to 120 degrees. Place the baking pan on the middle grill to warm up.

2. Place the veal between a piece of greasy paper and rub it with a meat tenderizer, from the middle to the edges, to obtaining a piece of thickness of 3 mm. Sprinkle with pepper (optional). Place the flour in a bowl and stir in it a few pieces of flour at once with flour to cover the pieces of meat with flour.

3. With a teaspoon of olive oil, lubricate a large PTFE pan and heat it at high temperature. Melt a piece of butter in the pan and tilt to cover the bottom. Fry the pieces of veal for about a minute on each side, or until it darkens, add as much oil as necessary until you fry all the pieces of meat. Then transfer the meat into the hot pot in the oven.

4. Add mushrooms in the pan and fry for about 3 minutes. Then add the wine, and continue to fry for about 2 minutes, until the juices are reduced to 125 ml. Put all the veal meat from the pan into the pan. Make it dip into the juice from the pan. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
